Goodstart Idalia Lakeland Boulevard is located just ten minutes outside the centre of Townsville and close to Lavarack Army Barracks as well as local schools, shops and transport routes. Goodstart Idalia Lakeland Boulevard caters for children 6 weeks of age to 12 years in an early learning, before school, after school and vacation care environments. Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. We have beautiful trees and lots of shade as well as a gazebo, cubby, sustainability area with worm farms, sandpits and a balance of natural and manmade surfaces. Educators are very committed to furthering their qualifications as well as holding a Blue Card and current First Aid. Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience.
