my partner took my engagement ring to be cleaned and needed repair we bought it from antique jeweller as it what I wanted. Got told very rudely that couldn't be repaired was our fault as "you people" buy things this way. We have had it fixed by wonderful people at Ritchers across the rd with no issue. Went in to Proctors to complain about service and told them I was going to put on net and was told they didn't care.
