Unfortunately, my mother had a negative experience using this company. In trying to send flowers to my sister, she paid extra for next day delivery only to have them NOT delivered. When questioned why they had not been delivered on the date specified, the company asked for more money to have them sent the following day. Incredibly poor customer relations. I wouldn't recommend using this company to send flowers to anyone. They need to work out the kinks in their business for they are really not customer focussed and quite frankly, seem incompetent.
