Unfortunately, my mother had a negative experience using this company. In trying to send flowers to my sister, she paid extra for next day delivery only to have them NOT delivered. When questioned why they had not been delivered on the date specified, the company asked for more money to have them sent the following day. Incredibly poor customer relations. I wouldn't recommend using this company to send flowers to anyone. They need to work out the kinks in their business for they are really not customer focussed and quite frankly, seem incompetent.

What a disgusting business, such a scam. My husband was trying to do something nice for me and his lazy purchase with this company has backfired massively. The flowers have not arrived and I don’t want them but do you think you can talk to anyone to cancel and order or even find out where it is, that’s a big NO. How dare you take peoples money in good faith and either not deliver or deliver dead or dying flowers. This will go further
