Absolutely disgusted with your service and quality of floristry. My 3 year old grandson could arrange a nicer bouquet of flowers from my garden. I paid same day delivery (Saturday) and they weren't delivered until the tues!! What a disgrace!!! I will be contacting the ombudsman and am going to warn other shoppers not to use your 'service'!! I have NEVER EVER been so embarrassed and disappointed in customer service!!!
