Absolutely disgusted with your service and quality of floristry. My 3 year old grandson could arrange a nicer bouquet of flowers from my garden. I paid same day delivery (Saturday) and they weren't delivered until the tues!! What a disgrace!!! I will be contacting the ombudsman and am going to warn other shoppers not to use your 'service'!! I have NEVER EVER been so embarrassed and disappointed in customer service!!!

Rang up on 11 March before 1 o’clock to get flowers delivered to a dear friend that’s lost a love one been calling every day to see if they’ve been delivered it is now March 13 and they say they are in transit and they will be delivered today I am not very happy about the service that I have been receiving they’ve taken the money out of my account and still no flowers delivered I will wait till tomorrow I need they are not delivered then this will be taken a lot further
