Was berated by both make and female for taking up too much time and causing them problems. The lady missed her vaccine appointment. I was unaware of it so was really sorry but suggested that she could have said something. This all arose from me having to have my passport photos redone as the ones taken there the before ,were not accepted by the passport office.
