Hi Jenni, I had the exact same experience. The discounted packages are all year rough, the return on investment were well below what was promised and only to be told to buy more! When it came to customer satisfaction, it was clear it wasn't important once bills had been paid. The owner kept saying how they were best in the industry to only see this delivered is upsetting. The support team are good and do what they can, but the owner is just using small businesses.
