For anyone considering PR with Milk Bottle Projects please be aware that you will be gambling your money as to whether you get results or not. This was certainly our experience, lots of excuses and no return on investment. In the end we were told to pay for paid PR after having paid them nearly $6000 for an organic PR campaign that was a waste of time. Milk Bottle Projects should not be offering services they cannot get results for.

Hi Jenni, I had the exact same experience. The discounted packages are all year rough, the return on investment were well below what was promised and only to be told to buy more! When it came to customer satisfaction, it was clear it wasn't important once bills had been paid. The owner kept saying how they were best in the industry to only see this delivered is upsetting. The support team are good and do what they can, but the owner is just using small businesses.
