Dodgy, exploitative, and dishonest. I'm honestly disgusted with my experience and I have passed it on to everyone I know who is looking for a used car. I reported that one interior part of the car I had purchased had been PACKED with cigarette ash (I am not a smoker and do not want smoke in my car) and they refused to clean it because "you can't expect a 14 year old car to be in showroom condition." Never mind the salesman's repeated insistence that the car would be thoroughly cleaned before purchase. There were several more enormous issues that I unfortunately don't have the space to mention, but I would give zero stars if I could.
