Wilhire is a dodgy business. The car they gave me had poor breaks, wouldn't start properly in the morning and the mirrors kept on unadjusting, which meant I couldn't see out of them. They were also not upfront with their total cost hire. They gave me a false quote before I arrived and neglected telling me all the information about petrol cost. This meant they charged me extra when I was not properly aware and they took the money out of my bond money which they very reluctantly gave back. They were extremely unprofessional and rude when dealing with my questions and complaints. They explained to me how they told the local cafe about how "stupid" and "inexperienced" I was. I was also called "naive" and my driving ability was negatively referred to. I was even followed to my car with abusive comments and personal insults. I couldn't recommend more, that you steer clear of Wilhire as they have terrible customer service, low quality, possibly unsafe cars and are deceptive about the services they provide.
