I came to this Salon with Bright hopes of finding a new hairdresser and support the local Port Adelaide businesses. Once arrived, I explained exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want (and she clearly didn't listen) then gave her opinion with the "trust me, it will work out well". Unfortunately it did not work out well, hair cut was fine but I now have the "two different tone Band look on my head. Nearly $200 later and went into the natural light, I have one Noticable band where my regrowth was and the rest of my hair a complete different colour which does not match up. I even did the right thing by writing a letter, giving them 14 days to respond, had pictures to prove and asked if they can fix it up or get partial money back so I can get it fixed else where.......... no response. I am the customer that will not come back, simple. For nearly $200 dollars I can get much better thank you.

Would never use this business again. Both Gepps Cross and parafield are run by the same Manager, D. B. D. B. had placed in the wrong flooring to my home, now will not respond to my calls, returned my mail, returned consumer Affairs mail and pulled a shonky. now also finding out he has done this more than one time and finding out more customers wanting the right flooring and ended up with this cheap and tacky laminate!
