Reading the review above I totally agree the Manager has done the same things to my home. Also have had to get in contact with Consumer Affairs. Wish me luck because that is all I can work with in regards to this company.
Would never use this business again. Both Gepps Cross and parafield are run by the same Manager, D. B. D. B. had placed in the wrong flooring to my home, now will not respond to my calls, returned my mail, returned consumer Affairs mail and pulled a shonky. now also finding out he has done this more than one time and finding out more customers wanting the right flooring and ended up with this cheap and tacky laminate!
