Quality Control Amtech is a quality assured company and has been certified by the Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) in accordance with Quality Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 since October 1996. History Amtech Precision Engineering commenced operation in 1985 (then as Pro-Parts Pty Ltd) manufacturing components to customers' specifications mainly catering for organisations that undertake research and development. Since then, Amtech has branched out, taking customer products from development to full production. We have also expanded our customer base to include military, mining, photonic and medical industries. In 2007, Amtech relocated into a purpose built facility in the Amtech Industrial Estate in Symonston, Canberra.
