We frequently provide a bridging solution for clients engaging external creative services providers, where there might be a disconnect in what the client really needs - and what the service provider can (or is willing to) provide. Often, and especially with larger or complex projects, it is easy for errors and misunderstandings to creep in. Clients will try to balance the need to control the process, with the faith that the project is in good hands. The agencies may push a familiar solution that suits their development processes - sacrificing the time required to better understand the desired end-result; just to ensure that the project is delivered inside the quoted timeframe.
