Often, and especially with larger or complex projects, it is easy for errors and misunderstandings to creep in. Clients will try to balance the need to control the process, with the faith that the project is in good hands. The agencies may push a familiar solution that suits their development processes - sacrificing the time required to better understand the desired end-result; just to ensure that the project is delivered inside the quoted timeframe.
