Sophia joined our team in 2012 as one of our waiting staff but her passion and skills as a Barista soon shone through and she has developed into our Head Barista. Sophia’s passion for good coffee is evident from the moment she steps behind the machine and it’s safe to say she is a perfectionist, delivery each coffee to the highest standards. Sophia is constantly searching for the latest coffee trends on the market, on her days off Sophia can be found in Perth’s latest chic café sampling the latest coffee blends and putting her own twist on it to deliver to The Blue Duck. “Adventure in life is good; consistency in coffee even better.”
