Was berated by both make and female for taking up too much time and causing them problems. The lady missed her vaccine appointment. I was unaware of it so was really sorry but suggested that she could have said something.
This all arose from me having to have my passport photos redone as the ones taken there the before ,were not accepted by the passport office.

Cremorne Junction Post Office is the most dreadful threatening franchise ever. The male who runs the shop is abusive, threatening and Intimidating toward customers. He needs to be removed immediately or the shop closed down. This shop gives Australia Post a very bad name. I have asked for our mail to be delivered via Neutral Bay Post office however has not happened. Get rid of this Cremorne Junction franchisee.

The staff are lazy and rude, their first response is to do nothing. The opening hours are ridiculous for any time past 1955 and are simply are not suitable for a city in 2020. I have been inconvenienced on numerous occasions by having to return (by return I mean, have to leave work early, travel back to Cremorne from City, before this LPO closes) because the staff simply could not be bothered to look for my parcel. Surely Auspost has higher standards than to allow this level of incompetence to represent their brand - sack them, buy them out, do whatever it takes to remove this stain on your brand, Cremorne Junction LPO is woeful, staff are horrible and the hours they keep are simply not in line with todays baseline standards.

has anyone else noticed how the staff at Cremorne Junction Post Office take the customer drivers licence when picking up a parcelK then go into back of shop with your licence when they can read your notice if parcel iff your mobile phone. We always wonder if the staff are photocopying licence as a record of who picked up the parcel however surely that would be illegal because even the Police do not seem to do that. The staff should look at your licence but not take it off you and disappear out back of the shop. The male staff member is toxic he screams at customer if they dare to question him and has a favourite saying to tell you that you are rude! I made a formal complaint months ago and requested that our mail comes through Neutral Bay post office however no response and nothing changed. If it is a franchise it should be deregistered. Or the shop needs to be closed down. The male staff member is very threatening and abusive.

This Post Office is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to go to. The staff are rude and unhelpful and often abusive. Today I was told to hurry up and pay while I was filling in the necessary forms for my parcel. I was finding it difficult to fill in the form as he kept asking me so many questions ( I also had two upset kids with me), so he had a go at me, which prompted an incredibly rude and offensive man to hurl disgusting abuse at me from the queue. Of course this caused quite a row and the post office manager/worker said nothing, just let it all happen. He didn't say anything to the man and even when I was in tears he still just ignored me. If I didn't have to pick up my undelivered parcels from here I would never set foot in this place again!

I was reduced to tears by the appalling behavior of a staff member at this PO, who screamed at me, told me I was a horrible person, refused to give me her name, told other customers she would not serve anyone until I left, spoke over me at every point, told me I was trying to "get her in trouble", leaning me shaking - all for asking for a reciept after being over charged. How many more complaints need to be made against these people before they get this franchise taken off them?! I have never been spoken to with so much disrespect in my life - absolutely disgusting behavior. It's no wonder she refused to give me her details with the types of complaints here. I'm revolted by them.

This has to be the worst post office in Australia. Rude, inefficient and unhelpful . A post office is a community service and people like this should not be allowed to be in charge of such a service. How many more complaints must be made before something is done about them.

Never before have I been bullied, harassed, held to ransom and refused my right to leave somewhere for doing no wrong - which is exactly how I, and my baby, were treated by the supposed owners at this PO. I have reported it to Police and lodged a formal complaint with Management at Aus Post and I seriously hope that appropriate action is taken in the interests of public safety. I highly recommend doing your business elsewhere as this appalling behaviour should NOT be tolerated by our community. Ps. To give them 1 star is one too many.

Looking at the above reviews I don't know how they are allowed to run this Post Office. They NEVER answer the phone and when I asked them to look up a tracking number on an article I was told to do it myself.

Hi, I have been calling your contact number listed for 3 days now well within your business hours and not once have I gotten through or been able to even leave a message. I find this quite ridiculous that your hours are 9am-5pm, with no one answering phones, as not people with a 9-5pm job can collect their mail from you.

Crazy, rude staff who yell at small children when they touch their greeting cards for sale. Withhold packages from people if they don't like them. Have been reported to Australia Post many times and yet they are still able to run a franchise. Horrible people at this post office.

What a ridiculous post office. They only open business hours - not sure when they will realise that doesn't work for a lot of people - with not a single option during the week after hours to pick things up. They never and I mean never answer their phone. Totally hopeless. They don't even deserve the one star I was forced to give them.
Rude customer service..if you can call it service! Wife and i work 7am-6pm during the week so very frustrating that they are not open Saturday mornings so we can collect mail/parcels that postie will not leave in our letter box.

I love this post office since it is small and you get to know the staff. It is a bit scruffy, but usually short queues!

I have had to use this local service since we moved to the area 4 years ago ... every experience has been horrific ! apart from rudeness - the place is a disorganised nightmare.( anyone who has seen their parcel storage area would testify to this . They can never find a parcel .... ) the worst experience has been a recent one WARNING to anyone sending an item overseas WITHOUT paying extra for tracking . 2 parcels sent on different days as gifts to the US never received by either party .Customs description clearly identifies what is inside and the AUD $ value .Paid around $35.00 postage for each item How can I check what happened to them ?
