One of our founding clients in our Wellington Contact Centre is already achieving a First Call Resolution rate of 91.5% after just eight weeks of operations. Centre Manager, Clancy Brodrick said “The result is the work of our amazing team and our robust processes that have been established over 38 years of continuous operations."
