Kwong is a qualified GLA:D and APA Sports Level 2 Physiotherapist after completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra and the Master of Sports Medicine at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. With degrees in Sports Science, Physical Education, Postgraduate Diploma in Football Medicine, and a master’s degree in Sports Medicine. His interests include arthropathy (joint disease, of which arthritis is a type), tendon pathology, neuromuscular conditions, and athletes' chronic lower back pain management. Kwong has a strong belief that active treatment, education, and exercise can help patients to achieve their goals for a better outcome. Kwong is the team physiotherapist for Canberra Raiders’ Junior Squads, Gungahlin Jets (Juniors) and Belconnen United Football (Men) Team. He has worked for different national and local teams (including Hong Kong Women Hockey National team, WA futsal national team, Canberra United Academy, Capital Football TSP program, Wests’ Rugby, and ACT Spirit Netball teams.
