I always consider myself to be very fortunate to be a part of the many ceremonies that I have conducted. For me, being a celebrant is a privilege and something very special. It is not something I do as a job, I actually have one that I love; nor is this some way to earn a few extra dollars or even a hobby, because I also have those. Being a celebrant is something that I have always wanted to be and something I simply really love to do. Many celebrants refer to their academic achievements, how they have done this and that. Well I too have lots of paper and have achieved many things, but to me none of that matters at all. The most important thing is not the certificates, but do we connect?
