I was appalled when shopping at Woolworths, Brickworks today with the lack of standards or pride in the supermarket. I found I could not walk down isles as there were employees stacking shelves on both sides, and they did not seem at all concerned that shoppers could not get past. Not to mention the employee at the herb section who refused to stop what he was doing to let me select my herbs, then of course trying to get to the mushrooms right next to the herbs again blocked. I nearly tripped over the small forklift next to the beef. There were empty boxes lying on the ground in the isles, empty cages left in the isles, messy shelves which were also half empty. I have shopped at this supermarket for over 10 years, but today the shop was quite empty and no wonder with the lack of pride taken in the presentation of the supermarket and complete ignorance of the needs of the customers.
