You can't miss their famous house made fresh ramen noodles that they make everyday on the premises. Top 3 recommendations are: 1. Tonkotsu (pork broth) Ramen Only 30 portions of which are made and served in a day. Enjoy freshly made noodles in slowly cooked 'Tonkotsu' soup. 2. Tan Tan-men Spicy ramen topped with minced pork in sesame flavored soup. 3. Gyoza House made gyoza cooked with special flying tool for perfection. Enjoy the sensation of the juiciness bursting from the first bite of the crispy shell. Ichiban Boshi is a popular Japanese restaurant known for its wide range of rice dishes and extensive menu of ramen selections.
