Tonkotsu (pork broth) Ramen Only 30 portions of which are made and served in a day. Enjoy freshly made noodles in slowly cooked 'Tonkotsu' soup. 2. Tan Tan-men Spicy ramen topped with minced pork in sesame flavored soup. 3. Gyoza House made gyoza cooked with special flying tool for perfection.
