Loved by Sydneysiders for over 20 years. Fully licensed, Ichi-Ban Boshi have a large variety of tapas-style entree selections which compliment our traditional array of noodles and rice dishes. You can't miss their famous house made fresh ramen noodles that they make everyday on the premises. Top 3 recommendations are: 1. Tonkotsu (pork broth) Ramen Only 30 portions of which are made and served in a day. Enjoy freshly made noodles in slowly cooked 'Tonkotsu' soup. 2. Tan Tan-men Spicy ramen topped with minced pork in sesame flavored soup. 3. Gyoza House made gyoza cooked with special flying tool for perfection. Enjoy the sensation of the juiciness bursting from the first bite of the crispy shell.
