We give telephone advice: between 9.30 and 1 on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays, and between 1 and 5 on Tuesdays. 
The Welfare Rights Centre received praise from customers for effectively resolving issues with Centrelink, specifically restoring income payments that had been incorrectly cancelled or delayed. The organization was described as helpful, fantastic, and a relief to talk to. Some customers shared their struggles with Centrelink and expressed gratitude for the Centre's assistance in navigating complex issues. Open now
