Our specialist Dermatologists have completed extensive post graduate training and passed the rigorous examinations of the Australasian College of Dermatology. Many of our Dermatologists are also visiting specialists at various hospitals in Brisbane where they are involved in ongoing training and education. Our practice deals with all diseases of the skin including hair, nail and mucosal disorders. We are a Family Dermatology clinic with a focus on treatment for all age groups and conditions. Located in QLD there is a special emphasis on the early detection and treatment of malignant melanoma and other forms of skin cancer. We understand that not all patients wish to see a Specialist for their skin cancer checks but would like reassurance that their skin cancer doctor is qualified to undertake their skin examinations. At South East Dermatology we offer GP skin cancer checks from GPs who are supported and trained by our Dermatologists. No referral is required to see our Skin Cancer GPs. South East Dermatology operates satellite ( visiting) clinics at Northlakes and in Central Queensland (Rockhampton).
