A CPC or Licensed Conveyancer is licensed by the Department of Fair Trading and must have completed an approved two year course in conveyancing. As well as this academic qualification, the conveyancer must have had a minimum of two years practical training working in a conveyancing business before being issued with an unrestricted licence.
