Personal Journey and Expertise Charles' journey into clinical nutrition was deeply personal. Born and raised in Birmingham, UK, he faced significant challenges, including the loss of his father at 17 and the traumatic experiences of serving on the front lines in Afghanistan as a British Army infantryman. Through dietary interventions and mind-body healing techniques, Charles managed to overcome his condition and now lives a symptom-free lifestyle without medication.
