At Dynamic Self Defence we teach the Korean martial art of Hapkido. Hapkido is primarily used for self defence regardless of your age, gender, size or fitness. Dynamic Self Defence is located in Parramatta, Australia, where we have a full-time martial arts facility dedicated to teaching high quality and traditional martial arts in world-class facilities. We have classes that cater to both Kids and Adults, with separate Kids programs for ages 4-9 and 10-12. Our Adults classes are run for anyone over 13 years old.
