Recently purchased a pair of JB’s work boots. The “brand new” boots arrived late and dirty. Glue stain on the top of the shoe. Purchased them for work and will have “great” first impression. Demanded for compensation, staff was rude and not helpful. Terrible customer service. Will not recommend to friends and coworkers.
