One of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. 2x Solarever so-called "engineers" turned up to attempt repairs to our equipment but instead, left it in a worse state, unusable, a serious fire hazard with toxic fumes (health and safety issues). Solarever staff were completely negligent, incompetent and simply couldn't care less about their customers. Legal action has been taken against them at the Hobart Magistrates Court. Solarever now has a Default Judgment against its name. An absolute disgrace to the industry. Avoid these clowns at all costs. A true laughing stock!
