31 June 2024, I mailed my Yaesu FT1000MP Mark V to Guy for electrical repairs after paying postage and extra cover. Sadly, it was severely damaged in transit. my claim was initially unsuccessful. After 15 months haggling I lodged a claim with the Small Claims Tribunal and hey presto, my insurance was paid. This is not about my claim, but the fact that Guy from VK Repairs stuck with me during that time, supporting my claim, accessing parts locally and from overseas and completing repairs, and not requesting or accepting a cent during the time. The final account was so more than reasonable and the radio was sent in super fast time when things were settled. My beloved radio arrived today, works like a dream, is already making contacts and looks like new. Magnificent job, far and above what was expected. Thanks mate, I owe you one. Les VK4VIL
