1/2/2021 Around 12.15 We came in to collect our laundry and a stranger asked for help because his card would not work. I offered my card if he paid me in cash. The machine still did not work. we were charged $6 for the machine that did not work (I checked my netbank account), so had to change to another one. That poor elderly guy must have tapped his card several times and got no joy. We would like a $6 refund. Our phone number 0418273313
