RMW head office is an absolute joke. I am on hold on a mobile number to Head Office 44 minutes now and counting. I tried another number and the lady was transferring me to customer service as she couldn't help. But she disconnected me and now I can't get through after 4 attempts. I have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars with RMW and I cannot believe this shoddy customer service.
