Terrible customer service, the managers (M*** and A***) are very greedy and are absolutely not interested in making customers happy. I ordered my blinds in October 2013, it is almost mid February 2014 now and I still have not received my blinds. The installer has been 6 times in my place and every time there is something wring wrong with my blinds: wrong size, damaged. crooked...and so on. The management doesn't want to offer any compensation at all and simply don't want to talk to you . whoever reads this please don't buy blinds or any other product from this company, please don't put your money into the hands of these greedy people who don't care about anyone else but themselves.
