Similar experience. Met Charlie Nov, quoted & paid in Dec. In mid Feb after missing 2 install dates I realise he hadn't even ordered the materials. When enquiring why it wasn't ordered in Dec instead of Feb, got told off that it's a tiny job and he's going to dump the materials once they arrive and I should get someone else to install it.
