Do not buy anything from this organisation. On 5 October this year I ordered a book from them. My credit card payment went through and I got an automated response confirming the order. I needed to read the book for an event in November, and after it hadn't arrived for over two weeks I sent an email on 21st October to the email address specified in the automated confirmation asking for information about the order. Having received no reply I emailed again on 24th October. Having, again, got no reply I emailed on 28th October cancelling my order and asking for a refund. Then, and only then, I got a reply on 30th October saying my order had been shipped and when it arrived "we can arrange a return and full refund" (exact quote). (Prior to cancelling my order I'd bought the book elsewhere, and had in fact received it efficiently from the other provider.) The book arrived four days later. Given normal posting times I suspect it wasn't posted till after my request for a refund although I have no proof of that. Still, that day I responded to the 30 October email stating that the book had arrived and asking how to initiate the return and refund process. It's now December and I've received no reply. Perhaps I shouldn't give up but it's pretty clear it's not worth the effort. When I attended the event I found that another attendee had had a similar experience with this organisation - lengthy unexplained delay in delivery and total lack of response to enquiries at their own specified contact email.
