Office staff are Incompetent taking 2 months to complete their contract and everytime they do paperwork it's wrong and council rejected them. Council is annoyed with them. They are hopeless. They blame customers for their mistakes and rude if you question what they do and refuse to answer where your house is located and they refused to get David wright to be contacted.
