I used AAA movements for moving my houshold from Australia overseas. After the pickup I got an Invice that was higher than the quote. They said they forgot to add some costs and the price was low anyway. They said that they would not ship the container (which they now already picked up) unless I pay the additional costs. If I did not pay there would also be additional storage costs! I did pay. When the goods arrived overseas they had not payed the local freight forwarder. After additional time (storage costs in the harbour that I had to pay) AAA payed a part of costs for the freight forwarder. Before the freight forwarder picked up the goods I had to pay them directly an additional fee. DO NOT USE AAA MOVEMENTS !
