WORST JEWELLERY STORE!!!! My partner brought my engagement ring from epiphany at eastgardens and then we got our bands from there so had spent quite of money alot in there. I lost my engagement ring so went in there 4 months ago to get it remade. The lady in the store said no worries send me the pic and they will do it for same price again. 4 weeks later i went in and she had no ide who i was or what i needed so we went through it again and said 3 weeks. 4 weeks later she said she couldnt find my ring and will try remake it (which i said isnt that what you were supposed to be doing anyway?) So we got to 2 weeks ago i was so stressed as my wedding is this weekend and i took my wedding band in and said for same price make whatever you can to fit my band. She said ok ill have it ready 17th feb 3 days before my wedding. I get a call on the 16th asking if i was still wanting the ring (well duh i had been waiting 4 months) and said they still couldbt find same ring and can make a better one by sat 20th (my wedding day) but will be $1500 more. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and no regards at all for me or my wedding. Theyre scammers, unprofessional and didnt even apologise. I would strongly warn everyone from shopping there
