Very disappointed and strongly do not recommend their services. My wife called Boundary Plumbing as our shower was blocked - she explained that it initially filled up, then after 3-5 minutes, it would drain and run normally. 1st CALLOUT: Plumber said that he would try a) plunging and if that didn't work b) would need to go under the house, which would incur an extra charge. After a few minutes of plunging, the plumber showed me the water running and said it was fine and took a video of it--> COST $150 --> bear in mind, we already explained that the shower was draining AFTER it had been running for a while, the problem was that it was not draining at the start. AFTER CALL OUT: The shower was still filling up and then eventually draining; problem not fixed. FOLLOW UP: My wife called three weeks later (not months as claimed, rudely, by one of the plumbers) during the school holidays, the agreement was that they would return and provide a quote. SECOND CALLOUT: Two plumbers arrived and offered two options a) industrial strength cleaner first and if that didn't work b) quote for further work. The industrial strength cleaner worked. They then proceeded to charge us $220 for the job even though a) the call-out was for a quote b) no agreement was made on the price c) they didn't fix it properly the first time d) the solution offered the second time was not proposed the first time. $220 won't break the bank, but unethical behaviour is not appropriate, and I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone considering Boundary Plumbing's services.
