We had a deeply disappointing experience with Home St Clair during an open inspection at 1201/37 Glen Street, Milsons Point. Despite arriving on time and following all proper procedures, the listing agent, Oona, ignored our calls and messages, leaving us waiting in the cold for nearly 20 minutes. When we finally connected with her colleague Will, he rudely dismissed us and denied access to the property, even though the inspection time had not yet ended. He even attempted to physically close the lift door in front of us, effectively pushing us away. The unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and poor service have seriously led us to question this company’s standards. We have photos to substantiate our experience, but unfortunately, we cannot attach them here. To make matters worse, instead of addressing our genuine feedback, Sean, the business owner, refused to return our call and the only communication we received was an email threatening to report us to the police if we continued to voice our concerns—without any effort to resolve the issues. This response only further highlights the problematic nature of this business. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this agency and feel justified in leaving this one-star review.
