For anyone who decides to use Pinpoint plumbers...DON'T!!! Bad workmanship, rude, no customer service skills, School boy mentality...awful to deal with over the phone when you tell them the job wasn't done properly, so if you receive their business magnet in your letterbox throw it out! This is just my opinion. There are actually other bad reviews online. AND yes if Tony is the director, I don't know how he has stayed in business for so long.
