Incredibly disappointing. I ordered a part that was in stock on their website and paid for express shipping. A week later, I called and I was told that the part was on order and it would arrive later that week. After a fortnight I called again and I was told that two customers ordered the same part and only one arrived. The other customer had been sent the part. The part had been ordered again to supply to me, but it would be another week. The entire time this part remained “in stock” on their website. On the upside, the cart process was fast and the refund came through immediately.
