Well Here I go again ,Singing the praises of another wonderful telstra Employee at Raymond Terrace Telstra Shop, Sam patiently sorted us out over a couple of days. Sam was very helpful answering our million questions in lamen terms ,which is the hardest part for us oldies ,to understand. Thanks Sam we really appreciate everything you did for us. We know its your job and you get paid for it BUT theres some people where you really have to earn it lol SHARON and CHRIS
