I've had my bike serviced with them a few times now and once was when my bike broke down with a faulty battery. They came out and and picked up the bike and replaced the battery under warranty. I then went back and had the bike serviced and I'm very happy with the results. They did a good service performed a comprehensive check and told me what needed to be done for the next service. I would highly recommend SPM. They are reliable and from my experience do good work. If you're not happy or unsure about the quality of service with whomever services your bike now, give SPM a try.
