Agree with the previous review! Bought a "new" card recently. The antistatic bag had already been opened. Tried it in my computer, doesn't work. A partial refund offered - a "restocking" fee of $10 for checking if it worked. Did it work to begin with? No exchange offered. Item is not fit for the purpose it was intended for, and advised of the purpose at time of purchase. This shop currently doesn't appear up with current consumer law. Ignore the sign in the shop on refunds and exchanges! Be warned!
