Completely failed to deliver the goods on time. Failed in their NEW promise to deliver goods on time. Then Failed in their promise to refund. My company paid for shipping - and lost money on this company - and we did not have Marketing material for our show. This company is so poor it is ridiculous. We are pursuing matters through Office of Fair Trading. Do not use them - there are more honest, more reliable companies out there.
