Shame, this practice double charged a pensioner, since early October21, we have been trying to get refund on a double charge. They charged her health fund, and then also expected her to pay her bill in full which was she paid in cash. As of 21.12.21, we still getting told the same lies head office will pay, over ten weeks later nothing has been refunded. The staff themselves cant even call head office to sort this out, and my mother is out of pocket still because this practice made the error.
